When will I be charged?
Only if you miss your workout goal. Your card is saved when you create a commitment, but it's only charged if you fail to hit your target by the end of the week.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of your commitment expiring. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Use the "Request Refund" button on the Check In tab or contact us here.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Go to the Check In tab, find your active recurring commitment, and click "Cancel Auto-Renewal". Your current week will still run, but no new commitment will be created after it ends.
I forgot to check in — can you undo the charge?
We understand things happen, but the whole point of Stake My Sweat is accountability. Refund requests for forgotten check-ins are generally not approved, as the system relies on self-reporting. Set reminders to help you stay on track.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Flirp never sees or stores your card number.
